Pricing Policy
We snoop around other retailers and maintain competitive pricing. It’s inevitable in an open market like the internet that there will be some others selling some items cheaper than we do, and some selling them for more than we do. We’ll make every effort in offering a fast, efficient, friendly and secure shopping experience, with great products at reasonable prices. We encourage our customers to shop around, but hope you’ll come back to buy from us again and again. Prices are quoted on Stupidiotic.com in US Dollars.
Purchasing Policy
When you place your order online, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. This email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your order details. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your order. Once we have sent the confirmation email, we will then check availability and contact you with a further email. If the product is available and the details of the order are correct, this email will be deemed an acceptance and will specify delivery details and confirm the price of the products purchased. If the product is not available we will also let you know by email.
Stupidiotic may cancel any sale and not supply products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of products at any time at its sole discretion. If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the products will be refunded in full.
All new orders are deemed separate and each is treated individually.
Privacy Policy
We guarantee that every online purchase you make from our store is a secure transaction. Our site uses the strongest commercially available level of encryption, 128-bit Secure Socket Layers (SSL). This ensures that your transactions are secure and your information cannot be hi-jacked or redirected to anyone but Stupidiotic.
Your Information
If you have bought something from us, we will have your email address, phone number, address and credit card details. If you choose to deliver items to a third-party (such as a friend or family member) we will have their name and address. Information is only used to help us deliver the ordered packages and contact you. We also maintain an order history of your purchases. This allows you and us to track your deliveries and review your past purchases. We may offer you a reward for purchases or make an offer we think you might like based on your order history. We also collect information of a general nature about how many 'hits' our website gets. And we monitor the site traffic patterns; this tells us which areas of the site are being visited more than others. It also helps us build a more useful site in subsequent re-designs. We don't track individual users pathways through the site. Our site also uses 'cookies'.

What we do with your information
In addition to processing your order, we also maintain an order history of your purchases. This allows you and us to track your deliveries and review your past purchases. We NEVER exchange, sell or otherwise give away your email address to other companies. Your email address is used solely by yourself, for purposes of logging into your account, and us for emailing you regarding your orders.
Who else sees your information
We may have to disclose some of your information to service suppliers to help complete your order. These parties include UPS, USPS, FedEx and DHL. Your consent by using our web site, you consent to us using the personal information you have given Stupidiotic and our trusted partners, as outlined in this Privacy Policy.
No Questions Guarantee
Our returns policy is a "no questions" guarantee. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, i.e. the item you have ordered is faulty, defective or you've had a change of heart, regained sanity or came to your senses. You must return it to us unused and in its original condition within 30 days for a prompt replacement, exchange or refund.
Returns
To return an item, simply contact us via email at contact@stupidiotic.com. One of our customer support team will issue you with a Returns Authorisation Code (or RMA number) that will enable us to process your return quickly and efficiently. You must obtain a Returns Authorisation Code (RMA number) before sending anything back to us or we will not be able to process your return. To give you a few pointers on how we manage our returns, here are some simple guidelines to follow:
Faulty or defective items: If you return an item because of an error on our part, or it is defective, we will happily refund your costs in returning it to us. You are responsible for any other service provided to you in connection with your purchase, e.g. gift wrapping. The item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Change of heart: Goods returned to us because of a change of heart must be unused and in perfect, re-saleable condition (including product packaging, instructions, etc), otherwise we will not be able to refund you. You are responsible for any other service provided to you in connection with your purchase, e.g. gift wrapping and delivery charge. The item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase. When first trying out your new toy, please do so somewhere clean and safe - we can't replace muddy, scratched, torn or stained stuff.
We will make the refund directly to the credit/charge card used to place the original order within 30 days or earlier once we have inspected the returned item and are satisfied that it has been returned to us in the condition it was in when delivered to you. You will only have to pay for the return postage of the Products.
Perishable goods: We are unable to accept returns of perishable goods (foods, candy etc.). Goods that include software: Any item which includes software must be returned with the software unopened. Certain products and services are excluded from this returns policy, including food/perishable items, personalised products or those made to order. These items cannot be returned for a refund unless faulty.
Returning a gift: We are happy to exchange faulty or defective products that have been sent as a gift. If you are returning an item but would like to exchange it for something else and you're not sure what, we are happy to issue a gift voucher for the value of the item you are returning. If a refund is required however, please note that refunds of the purchase price for items bought as gifts can only be given to the original purchaser.
Items lost in transit: We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit: as you are responsible for returning the item(s) to us, we recommend sending the package by Recorded/Special Delivery.
Refunds, replacement and exchanges: Refunds For items that are defective or faulty and sent back to Stupidiotic.com within 30 days or the result of a Change of Heart and sent back to Stupidiotic.com within 30 days, a refund, replacement or exchange will be processed within 7 working days of receipt of the returned item(s) by Stupidiotic.com. A refund will be made in the same form of payment that was used to make the initial purchase. Please note that item(s) that are returned to us that are not due to our error will have the return shipping costs deducted from the refund.
Please note, in all instances Stupidiotic.com shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses, including but not limited to lost profits or other economic or commercial losses.

Stupidiotic.com takes its relationships with customers very seriously, and we’ll do all we can to keep you happy. We aim to reply to emails within one working day of receipt, whether they're enquiries or complaints. The product(s) you ordered being unavailable from stock
Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
